Submission Standards

What We Require of All Submissions

Open-Source Only

All submissions must rely exclusively on publicly available, open-source information. No classified, restricted, or sensitive government information may be used — regardless of the author’s clearance status or employment.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure

All submissions must include SRPI’s standard conflict-of-interest disclosure. Authors who are current or former government employees must include this disclosure without exception. The required language is provided in the submission form.

Original Work

Submissions must be original work not previously published or under concurrent review elsewhere. Plagiarism or fabrication of any kind results in immediate rejection and removal from SRPI programs. AI-generated content requires full disclosure.
